What is the Launcher?

The Launcher is the desktop client for your games. It's what your players will use to download, patch and play your game.

Building the Launcher

To add a new game to GameLauncher.pro:

1. Navigate to launcher
2. Click on build / regenrate

When do I need to build the Launcher?

You should only really need to build the launcher when we release new versions of the launcher. We will notify you when this happens. The launcher will update itself on your players machines automatically.

What happens when I build the Launcher?

When you build the launcher we:

• Generate a new launcher for your game
• Store the launcher on our CDN
• Notify your players that a new version of the launcher is available
• Your players Launcher will automatically update itself

How long does it take to build the Launcher?

This really depends on the size of the launcher. For most of the times it takes around 5-10 seconds to build the launchers.
